Hello: Hal K
Unfortunately neither of the tools you want sharpened can be done by the non professional. Carbide saw blades require diamond wheels and the blade must be mounted on a special machine. Same applies to router bits.
Each tool has very special needs. Each has mutiple angles which must be duplicated exactly. The specialty machines are designed and built just for tools and blades such as these.
Paying for professional results from a professional with all the right equipment, training and skills is more than worth the fees charged.
Angles and tolerances are close and must be maintained. Machines with built in jigs and micrometers are used. One error can ruin either tool. I highly suggest paying a pro.
