cleaning tools

I have a few wrenchs and sockets, a full tool box as of a matter of fact. that kinda had some rain issues.. Now they have the rusty look. is there any kind of miracle stuff that i can soak them in to get them clean.. any help would be appreciated

You can find rust removers at any hardware store but what I use is WD-40 and steel wool.
Even if you use rust remover you should polish up the roughness anyway.

I like a bench grinder with a buffing wheel. It works great, but you still need to get the tight spots by hand.
