Question Moved

Hello: RRS

Your question has been moved to this forum since it has to do with power tools and not with natural gas.

The power of a pressure washer is a measure of not only pressure but gal/min as well. The volume of water is almost more important than the presuure.
A washer could put out 1500 psi but if it were less than 1 gal/min it would not do a lot of washing.
1500 psi at 2 - 2 1/2 gpm is not too bad and 2500 psi at 2.5 gpm would be the ultimate homeowner unit.
The problem with higher power washers is that they cannot be run on a normal 120 v cct. I have a 2500/2.5 gpm and it is run by a 5 hp honda gas engine.

For ease of use I would recommend the largest capacity electric unit that can be plugged into a normal cct.
