1/2 SQ. DR. Air Wrench Set

I have a 1/2 SQ. DR. Air Wrench Set, and I was wondering how well it would work with my home compressor.

My compressor is a Central Pneumatic Compressor. It has a 6.5 gallon tank and its maximum air output is the standard 125 PSI
Will that air wrench work with my compressor?

While we are on the subject of also compressor, I was looking for a portable 10 gallon tank. Its from this web site below. What method do I fill the tank up with air with a compressor?

A 1/2" air wrench uses between 4 and 5 [email protected] 100 psi. Whether it would work or not depends on wich compressor model you have.
Give us the exact model of your unit and I may be able to look it up.

The air tank fills with a tire chuck.

I could not find a modle number on the compressor. I did find a type number and serial number. From the last post you know the brand already what you don't know is below.

2HP

Type: Code: SKU 39766
Serial Number: 9034765329

Please find out if my air wrench can work with my compressor

Did you not just try it to see what would happen???

All you need to do is let the compressor run untill it stops, connect the gun and hold the trigger and let the gun run.
Watch the pressure guage on the tank, not after the regulator and see if when the compressor will maintain at least 80 psi.
If it can't then the compressor is too small.

I have a 10 gallen tank now that I interconnected. So basically it gives me 16.5 capacity and runs my air wrench fine now. Before it would loose power quickly and then eventually would not turn. Thanks for the info though. Old post, I guess people look for these kind of things he he.
