Question What do I use to cut chain link fence?

I am repairing a chain link fence. Please tell me what tool to use to cut the chain link part, and ALSO the pipe frame part. Thanks, Katie

There is a special tool for cutting chain Link. It's avaliable at HD.
However a large pair of lineman pliers should do the trick.
I use a metal cutoff saw for the posts. A sawsall or hacksaw will do just as well.

Actually, you don't have to cut chain link fence. Just untwist the knuckle twists at the top and bottom and unscrew the wire you want to remove. To join sections of chain link, make sure the ends will mate and screw a piece of removed wire into both ends at once.

You can cut the pipes with a tubing cutter, if you have one that large, or a hacksaw, too.
