Skil Drill 9.6 volt warrior cordless drill Recall

Hey , Skil has a recall on the cordless warrior drill 9.6 volt , the battery and the charger ..

They are replacing these free of charge with new 12 volt cordless drills with battery , charger .. They will send a call tag via UPS ,

They do not want the case , just the drill , battery and charger ..

My problem is I can't find my charger so will need to buy a new one . Do all 12v chargers by skill work for all the 12 volt batteries ?

I have a 3 amp corded B&D drill that is about 6 years old. I have completely beaten it into submission and it is time for a new one (I already have a 9.6v cordless makita that I use for smaller jobs.)
