ROS sander & Vac might be solved!
First off I would like to thank the members of this site for all the help and support.
I bought the RIDGID R2600 this morning, heck they even gave me a full refund on the Ryobi sander because it didn't last but 4 days! When you really look and handle this sander plus view all it's attributes it was hard to pass up, the awesome feel of the over mold soft material sold me !!
I also remembered and found a new Shop Vac brand Vac that I bought at an auction (forgot I even had it). It must be at least 8 years old or older, I don't know. It is 1.5 HP, 4 gal can type container with 1 1/4 inch hose. I know I opened the box and plugged it in when I bought it to see if it ran (it did). Then I stuck it in the basement and forgot all about it. I guess I should consider it a christmas present, LOL.
It should have more than enough capacity/power to handle the ROS. I don't understand why they made a 4 gal 1.5 hp vac, (I thought it would have more power). The price on the box is $49.50. Sounds like a lot for 1.5 hp!!

Changeling:
Keep in mind that the hp rating they put on today's tools is the hp the motor develops with the shaft held tight and just before the motor catches fire. LOL
See if there is an outlet you can hook out that blows.
if there is then you can hook up a hose and direct it outside to eliminate the need to trap the fine particles.
A 2 1/2 hose on the outlet would be best.

Greg, I opened up the box and took a look. It appears it just sucks! No blow port. Hard to believe it was going for $49.50!!!!
The Catalog # is 505 13 Model # appears to be a 500A. Hose input is 1 1/4. Maybe I can figure a way to put a "Blow Hole" in it for direct transfer of dust to the outside. Other than that all I can say is "It's Cute", LOL.
