Bostitch N62FNK-2 angle finish nailer

My finish nailer is driving 2 nails at once every 10-20 times or so. I think I may have damaged it by hitting a screw once and another time I was using too long of nail and hitting concrete. I have taken apart the nose and drive pin and it all looks good.

Is it best to just take it in for service?

Check the angle of the nails your buying (i.e. 22 degrees, etc) against the angles that the gun will use. You can sometimes see if the nails are sitting skewed in the gun cartridge if you load two clips and inspect for a gap between the two clips.

Agreed with the nail possibility. Bostich does sell nails under their brand name as well. Try a box of the Bostich nails the same length as what you are already using to see if the nailer likes them better and avoids doubling.
