Makita Miter Gauge

My son in law recently gave me his old Makita table saw (model 2703). He did not have or was he able to find the Miter gauge that fits the saw.
Scouring online I discovered that the slot that the gauge fits into is 1/2" wide and not the 3/4's" wide that seems to be standard on most saws.

Anyway does anyone have any suggestions or point me in right direction for a miter gauge that will fit?? Other than the Makita?

Thanx for reply..I did find the replacement Makita gauge but was looking for something that was maybe a "step-up" from what Makita offered.

The problem is the slot that gauge fits and slides through is not "standard" size.

Impact Driver Question

Do impact drivers such as this one ([url]http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_00947641000P[/url]) have a sort of clutch to allow slippage in case the screw is too tight? The reason I ask is that I just bought this tool and was trying to work a screw out. Every time I hit the tool with a hammer, the screw did not move but the tool seemed to "slip". I wasn't sure if it was working right or not. After some good effort I eventually gave up then tried my cordless impact wrench (that I normally use to get the lugs of my car tires) and both screws came out as though they weren't even tight. This led me to question whether the hand tool is broken or working as designed in order to not strip the screw. If the cordless model (not a high end model) didn't take take the screws out so easily I wouldn't be asking this question. Keystone Air Compressor

I have aqquried a BIG Air compressor from an Auto Shop that closed up. It is a Keystone A/C it stand's about 51/2 feet. It has a Double cylinder's and it has a Oil case. Now here is my Problem!! It did not come with a Electric Motor. (Burned up) some time ago. Nor did it come with a Regulator. I need to know how to set it up complete with Wireing Instruction's? What size electric Motor.
