dremel multipro cordless

i've got a dremel multipro cordless and the low speed setting works but when i want to go to high the switch has to be put between 0 and 2. also, it doesnt always work. any ideas on how to fix it? thanks

My best guess would be to contact the Dremel Company directly. Request a service repair order number.

Request an estimate for repairs from the nice person who answers the phone. Then sound shocked at the price quoted.

Chances are you'll get some sympathy, like I did...haha...and a rather reduced price for being a prior happy customer.

Mail it back to the factory.

thanks for the advice. Luckily I didn't have to do that because the replacement part costs under $4. Always send in the warranty card
