From picture on sears.com website, it looks like a smooth bore on the pulley. I likely is just pressed/slid onto the drive shaft. Is there a square slot in the pulley center? If so, the pulley is keyed (a small, rectangular piece of metal that keeps the pulley from rotating on the shaft) and needs to slide off. You may need to get a pulley/wheel puller. Try some penetrating oil where the pulley meets the shaft and gently try to tap around this spot with a hammer to loosen it up. You may be able to pull it off without a puller but only experience will tell. Good luck with it.
