Does anyone make a fine-toothed keyhole saw?

I often have a need for a keyhole saw that has very fine teeth and teeth that start near the tip. All of the keyhole saws I find have fairly coarse teeth. And the teeth start at a point where the blade is about 1/2 inch wide.

Does anyone make a good quality keyhole saw with fine teeth and teeth that start near the tip?

I've seen a push/jab/keyhole saw handle that would take reciprocating saw blades..do you think a recip saw blade might have the kind of profile you need? They make scroll blades that are only about 1/4" wide in 10/14/18 tooth..but they are only about 3 1/2" long. Bout 3/4 of the way down at this page...Milwaukee Sawzall Blades, Super Sawzall Blades

Hey, Gunguy45, I think that will work. Do you know where you've seen the handle?

Thank you!
