air compressor oil level

i have a fini air compressor which i havent used much. twice a year to spray glazes on my pottery. i just learned that it uses oil. how much do i add? Is it between the two rings on the dip stick? I also learned from a how to video that I am supposed to drain the tank. I have never done this and notice the tank has a small whole. Can it be repaired or replaced? tia.

I am not familiar with that compressor but between the two rings sounds like it would be correct.

As for the hole, is it a leak or a T screw-like thing? If it is a leak, you will have to replace the tank as I doubt it can be repaired.
