Another compressor question

I just got my compressor wired up, and I am ready to start using it. I have a basic question though. How do I set the PSI on it? My little one has a knob that I turn to the PSI that I want it set to. This one does not appear to have a knob to set it with. What am I missing?

This is the compressor I have:

Ingersoll Rand Electric Stationary Air Compressor

Thanks!

Need to add a regulator, looks like it doesn't come with one.

Also a filter/drier with pressure gauge for the output side.

Like the_tow_guy said you need to add a regulator, This way you can leave you compressor pump to 135 lbs to have back up air and turn you add on regulator down to like 90 lbs to run your air tools. I put a tee on mine before the regulator so i can use that tapping for a hi pressure line for blowing thing out for cleaning. Paul

To set the regulator, you must "dead end" the hose by using an air blower or something. You can't set it with the air still. With the air moving through the regulator, turn the knob to the setting you want. Be sure not to deplete the air prior to getting it set. It is a fast action.

Thanks guys! I got the regulator/dryer from Ingersoll Rand. There was another $100 I wasn't expecting. LOL!

Now all I have to do is get the drain to extend out from under the tank (as suggested by another member here) so it's easier to reach and I think I should be set.

Thanks again for all the help guys, I really do appreciate it.

BTW, Paul, did you get me email?
