Craftsman Leaking Outlet pipe

http://www.searspartsdirect.com/part...dMod=919153030

I have a problem with the leaking outlet pipe contraption. Parts number 27,31,30.

I can't seem to find where the 30 seals to the pipe it is just hanging there. I have used teflon tape to prevent the leak but it still does. The pipe is good, just number 30 is leaking but I can't even find a seal for 30 that is the problem.

On the part that goes into the tank, #27 has a copper seal.

But on the part that connects to the cylinder, #30 has no seal. I don't know how it worked before but somehow it's leaking now.

It is possible that the ferrule is gone from the pipe or it needs to be replaced. Many of the air fittings have a nut with a ferrule on the pipe. The nut tightens down on the ferrule and squeezes it to a tight seal
on the pipe and against the male treaded pipe.
