I tried to remove the blade on my protable Porter Cable table saw and it's stuck. There are 2 tools that come with this - an open ended wrench to hold the arbor from turning behind the blade (narrow opening) and a wrench to loosen the nut holding the blade on (insert plate removed more room on that side). I can not get enough force to loosen the nut holding the blade before the one on the arbor starts to slip and then the blade turns. I had another person try to work one part while I did the other and visa versa - still slips before the nut will loosen. I tried penetrating oil thinking this was somehow seized - still can't make it turn. I tried using a blade guard to hold the blade still instead of arbor with wrench - no go there either. I have a Jet contractor saw and I change the blade all the time without any prob? This is the first time on the portable - any ideas I can try differently?

Hi all first post here and i think it is in the wrong section so mods please move. I have bought a 90 lt 3 hp belt driven 145psi air compressor and a cheap ish set of air tools. My problem is my impact wrench rated to 230lb torque can not even loosen a lug nut. There is a dial at the bottom with 1-4 on, i have tried all but still nothing. 4 i think is the strongest setting but i can just about hold the socket still on my hand. Any idea all my othere air tools seem ok. Many thanks.
