Ridgid 4512 table saw - Suggestions, tips and router extension

Thanks to help here at the forum I'm pretty settled on purchasing a Ridgid 4512 table saw which I can get new for $499 locally. For my needs the quality level should be adequate.

I found this one on craigslist for $400. Anyone out there who knows this saw that can offer suggestions on what to look out for when buying it used?
RIGID R4512 10" CONTRACTORS TABLE SAW

Also, I'd like to purchase or build a router table. My use will be moderate and I don't have much of a shop, so for my needs, building a router table into the table saw seems like a good solution. Far as I can tell, Ridgid doesn't make one for this table, but 3rd parties do. Can anyone recommend a router table extension that works well with this saw?

The aftermarket one's I have seen are pricier than I expected. A better solution might be making my own. Are there any good threads, videos, etc for building my own router table extension for this saw?

Any quick recommendations or threads you can link me to for 10" blade recommendations? And finally for those familiar with it, any tips or suggestions particular to this saw?

Thanks.

If you are only saving $100.00 I would stay well away from used.
You have no way of knowing how it was operated or it has a problem that shows up when you try to make some precision cuts.

Your choice of blade would depend on what you are doing with the saw but you can't do wrong by buying a quality 40 or 60 tooth combination blade.

You might be right, Greg. Thanks. I'll look elsewhere for router table information.
