Clogged grinding wheel

I use a die grinder occasionally with various stones. I recently had to massage something made of magnesium and now I have a couple of stones clogged with metal. How would I go about cleaning/dressing grinding stones that are clogged with soft metal?

Thanks guys,

G

You could use them on some steel to clean them out - just be sure to follow common safety practices.
Maybe some of the others will have better methods

I use a wheel dresser on my bench grinder but never tried it on small hand held stones. Be careful though, I've heard clogged stones can explode from overheating. Might be best to toss them. If possible, use a flap wheel on soft metals.
