Router Adapter Plate -- Craftsman Table and Dewalt Router

Someone gave me an old Craftsman's professional router table, but I have a Dewalt router and the holes don't match up. How can I build/buy an adapter plate? Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

Can you not use your Dewalt mounting plate as a template to drill new holes? Or use your tables' holes to drill into the Dewalt mounting plate.

The plate on my old craftsman router broke so I made a new one out of some scrap lexon so that would be another option although Larry's suggestions are a lot easier
