How to remove drill chuck?

I have a Rockwell drill and I need to remove the chuck. I already got the restraning screw out. I've tried this video from YouTube by using an allen key but it's not coming off. Any other suggestion is much appreciated.

You got it set to the highest torque value?

The allen key is the only way I know. I use the biggest one that will fit in the chuck and strike it hard and fast, you are trying to spin the wrench counterclockwise when looking at the front.

Try some penetrating oil inside the chuck and let it sit awhile before trying again.

I set it to level one and strike it counter clockwise. When I strike it, it does move but it's not able to come off.

I've had the best results using an impact wrench as opposed to manually striking the key. If you have one and a socket type hex bit - try it. Otherwise, you may have to jam the armature shaft to stop it from rotating. Good luck.
