Portable jump starter-air compressor

A JNC Air Brand Portable jump starter and air compressor fell of a truck in front of my house. It looks brand new, but would not accept a charge when I plugged it in. I took it apart and removed the small charger box that has the 110 input and 15 or 16 volt output and tried to test it. I got nothing on my meter from the small output plug that plugs into the circuit board. Where can a get a price for the charger box? I'm guessing that is the problem.

Going to cost as much for the parts and shipping as a new unit.
I bought one at Home Depot that has a compressor, light, USB port, 120 volt outlet, for $99.00.

Those jump starters can normally be charged by connecting a battery charger to the unit's battery clips.

Or through the power port if it has one. I keep mine charged up with the usual ac plug in, but if I'm on the road and expect to use it, I plug into to the power port to make sure it's full. It will also charge via the main cables as Greg suggests.
