Removed screw but chuck won't come off.
i have replaced chucks on this worthless sears drill twice before, Cannot remember HOW does the chuck come of.....once... the center screw is removed.bout ready to throw it out in front of SemiAny help i'm grateful for. bob s
its a left handed thread on the small center screw inside chuck if that matters?/

Yep.... the chuck retainer screw is reverse threaded.
Usually after that screw is out it's just a tight press fit on to the drill shaft.
