A C10RJ is a Hitachi saw. What type of motor and switch is presently on your saw?

Welcome to the forums.

Can I use this 4 pin paddle switch with the soft start
Extremely doubtful.
If your saw is that Hitachi model with the schematic shown then you need to stay with a six lead switch due to the braking coils.
