Problem with this wiring?

I've just bought a used Delta table saw, and it starts as soon as I plug it in.
Does this wiring looks like it was touched?
Or do I need to go and buy a new switch or kill switch?
Left side is the power switch, right side is the kill switch.

Any help is welcome. Thank you

Welcome to the forums.

I labeled your switches. I missed something you wrote so the switches didn't really need to be labeled.

The wiring is fine. The neutrals are splice together and hot is switched.
The power switch is what turns the saw on and off. If the saw won't shut off.... the power switch is bad.
I'm not sure what kind of kill switch you have. The kill switch should shut the saw off when it's tripped.

Hi, if switch #2 is the kill switch then remove the red jumper and put both black wires on the switch, you really only need one switch.
