Wagner electric paint sprayer manual

I have a Wagner model 642 electric paint sprayer that came with a model GX07 spray gun. It was purchased in late 80s. Wagner customer service can't provide the manual with parts list. Everything they have provided appears to be for later revisions even though the model numbers don't have a revision identifier. Can anyone out there help me?

Once you get the manual, then what? If the manufacturer doesn't even have the parts list available what are the odds they will have replacement parts?

Has it failed or is this preempted?
It's possible your local paint store could match up some parts although Wagner pumps aren't really sold as serviceable units.

An OEM part number is the best identification when attempting to purchase a replaceable part for your appliance. There are many after market companies, as well as original manufacturers, selling replaceable parts. They all require a part number. I just got a repair kit from an after market company for my Sears floor jack purchased in the 80's using the model number.
