Question Strap Wrench - uses & debate

I've recently been introduced to the Craftsman Strap Wrench and have found it to be a pretty amazing little tool. I've been able to loosen and re-tighten pipe fitting with no problem and a slew of other items. I even taught my wife to use the strap wrench for jars and other household goods.

I'm writing to ask what other do-it-yourselfer's think of the stap wrench?

What other uses besides jars, pipe fittings and oil filters is this tool good for?

Cool

Unscrewing and re-tightening tub spouts, showerheads, etc. without marring them, closing "frozen" shut-off valve handles, and just about anything else that they will fit and turn.
Strap wrenches are great.

<-----Always buys tools and generally buys Craftsman.

1) The warranty is unbeatable on Craftsman products.
2) I prefer to buy my stuff at Sears over other places because they have always done the right thing for me. If not, a call to the corporate headquarters gets things rolling

That being said if the strap wrench solves your problem, it was well worth the money. Most good tools exceed their purchase price in value the first time they solve a problem or do a job correctly.
