Ryobi 18v. combo kit

First of all, this combo kit (cirular saw, drill, reciprocating saw, flashlight) is one of the best bargains out there. $199 at the Home Depot and you've got a lot of tools.

My question is regarding the reciprocating saw. I was cutting some 2x4's over the weekend, no more than 20 and the batteries were already going week. I recharged it but found it strange that it would run out of juice so quick.

I haven't had the pleasure of using the circular saw yet but I'm curious about how long the battery lasted.

How much do you guys get out of your batteries?

Thanks for anyones feedback.

Jimmy,
I've got the 14.4 kit w/drill, circ. saw and flashlight. I haven't noticed any battery problems. I always keep one in the charger and swap out if one starts to weaken. I will admit I haven';'t done any heavy usage yet, but I love the circ. saw for cutting long 2x4 and 2x6s - much easier than wrestling with my old corded circ saw or table saw.

Make sure your batteries are fully charged before using.
