Scantronics Info Didn't work!!!
DgSearcy,
I tried the info you gave me in regard to changing the codes and it did not work. If I push the number 2 without anything else, after having entered the master code, it just treats it like it's another number.
The keypad has the three emergency buttons on the top and to the left side are the led's for power, ready, bypass, trouble, commfailure and the like. In the keypad there are two buttons besides the numbers, one is a command button and the other is a program button.
I tried different combinations of using the master code and the program and the command buttons with no success. Can you help me any further??
Thanks
Sparks

I tried to get some info from GE Interlogix <the parent company of Scantronics. No deal, made only for Brinks . "Contact Brinks directly ". If sometime in the future I get any more info , I will forward to you. I think maybe that you are an electrican, and you may find a job where the owner will have a brinks alarm . Ask to see their owners manual. It should have the info you need. I live in a rural area where Brinks doesn't market to much.

Thanks for all of your effort, I really do appreciate it!
You are correct I am an electrician so I will keep my eye out.
I did contact Brinks!! They wanted to come and remove the system, said it was theirs. I told them that was too bad as I had made it a stipulation in the sale of the house. I suggested the contact the previous owner. They were extremely rude on the phone and the only way they will do anything for me is if I agree to pay them to send out a tech. Wasted time and energy on the call for nothing in the end.

Sparks, I have a Brinks manual if you are still looking for one. I have had a really hard time getting any info on any of the Scantronics systems listed here on the forum. I'm not exactly sure what kind of panel this manual was for, but if you want to take a look, let me know, I'll scan it in for you.
