Napco Magnum Alert 850 System

My Napco Magnm Alert 850 system was working fine and all of a sudden we had a problem with turning off the alarm. No power problems. The backup battery is O.K. It looks like the system is not recognizing the alarm code we use. After entering the alarm code I hear a beep but the system does not disarm. Does anyone know what I can do? Is there a way to cancel my current code and enter a new one? I know my Fallback code number and the security code for my system.

I'm not real familiar with the Napco systems, but I have done some reading on the Magnums and that fallback code. From what I remember, it's only good when the real code is lost to the system. You should be able to use it to reprogram the Master Code.

If you need a manual for the system, take a look at the link in my signature - over 250 manuals there, and I know I have the Magnums up.

Let me know if you need any further assistance.
