Wiring a safewatch pro security system

Just purchased above system just want to verify the loop proceedure. Is it telling me to install any number of switches and a 2kohm resister in each zone?

Thank you

Essentially, all you need to do is connect your contacts in series (for door/window contacts and motions) and in parallel for smoke detectors (or Normally Open sensors.) This means that on windows, for instance, you would connect all of the sensors so that they are wired in a big loop - in series. The wire goes in one side (or connects to one side) and out the other, to the next sensor - just like the diagrams in the manuals. The resistor will be wired in series - at the last device - with door/window sensors and motions (Normally Closed devices) and in parallel (or across both contacts) for smoke/heat detectors and other Normally Open devices.

Good luck and let us know if you need additional help!
