Wiring Remote Alarm

Looking to put an inexpensive alarm in my new barn. Thinking 3 door contact and 1 motion detector. Have seen kits with what I would want for $20-50. However, I want to then wire them to a siren and flasher in/on the soffitt that would get neighbors attention. Finally, would like to run a wire to the house and have a buzzer or something inside as well.

Questions:

1) What type of wire would I pull back to the house that would give me flexibility for the buzzer mentioned above. Would be in a conduit with a phone line. Distance about 200'.

2) Any ideas where to look for the siren/flasher?? Have not seen a kit with these. Guessing they would have to be 12V, or 115V activated by 12V signal from the alarm system.

3) Any other ideas appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

I put a cheapo alarm system in one of my houses a few years back. As I recall, Radio Shack sells the sirens separately.
