Vista 20P - 6160 Keypad displaying "Busy - DI"

I powered my vista 20P up for the first time last night... and the keypads were blank, but let me set the address. After I set the address it displayed "busy DI". I have two keypads and a 4219 zone expander... anybody know what that means? I have looked through manuals... the internet.... and every forum I can find. Help me!!!!!

First, that keypad model must use addresses between 16 and 23. Second, the keypads must be enabled in panel program fields *190-*196 (keypad 1 is going to be 16, keypad 2 will be 17, etc.)

the "Busy DL" means it's waiting for you to go to program mode and finish the process.
