Wiring Help Needed

I am trying to sort my wiring out and install a new system

I have several set of wires in the control panel

1st set of 6 wires go to the keyboard
2nd set of 6 wires go to the keyboard
3rd set of 6 wires only 2 used go to the panic button in the Main Bedroom
4th set of wires only 2 used go to the indoor siren

Now I am left with 3 sets of red & white wires and 2 set of white wires.

Out of 3 sets of red & white wires 2 white wires forms a circuit and does not
affect if I open doors or windows

Other wires do not form a circuit and does not affect if I open doors or
windows.

I have 6 windows wired 2 front window 1 window in the same room on the side
1 back window 1 Bedroom window and 1 bathroom window

The magnets on this windows are not affixed parallel to the switch but they
are in diagnal position from the switch.

I have 2 doors 1 Main door and 1 garage door both had time delay entry exit
Both the doors have a press button type switch on the bottom and just above
that switch a plastic sensor with 2 wires welded on the copper contact of
the press button switch. The press button switch reads "Used for Closed Circuit"

I have 2 back doors both the doors have plastic type sensor only like the
plastic sensor on the main door except without press button switch

I have 1 outdoor siren I do not know where it is intalled

Where is an outdoor siren typically installed ?

I am trying to sort my wiring out and then install a new system

Please Help

"I have several set of wires in the control panel

2nd set of 6 wires go to the keyboard"

I assume that these are in two different locations.

"3rd set of 6 wires only 2 used go to the panic button in the Main Bedroom"

These can also be use for a keypad connection.

"4th set of wires only 2 used go to the indoor siren

Somewhere in there are the power wires that go to the system power pack, possibly there is and attic mounted siren.

"Other wires do not form a circuit and does not affect if I open doors or
windows.

Unless they are odd switches, then the magnets are in the wrong position. They need to be within about 1/4 to 1/2 inch of the switch to work correctly.

This one is also a magnetic switch. The magnet should be in the corresponding edge of the door.

In the attic is a typical location, unless there is an actual exterior siren box.
