According to the trouble shooting chart, it may be an issue with a expander of some type. If you don't have wireless, it may be a connection on a keypad (I think some of the better keypads are logged into the system as expanders).

keypad works normall but still checked connections, they seemed okay. If it is an expander problem what do i look for?

It depends on what boards are added into the system. I'd guess at one with an address of 3. A quick test to eliminate the hardwired zone 3 is to simply put a eol resistor on the zone terminals. Otherwise, on any expander boards, I'd check the communication wires that go back to the keypad bus.

Address 3 is the default address of AlarmNetC (cell backup for the phone line). You might check to see if there are more wires on terminals 6 & 7 than there are keypads, although this is not fool-proof, since AlarmNet can be piggy backed on a keypad wire.

If you don't have a cell backup, check to see if you accidentally turned on (entered a 1) in field *29. If so, the panel is looking for a non-existant module.
