ademco am100

i have a customer who has an am100 panel and wants to make some changes in it he does not have the master or installer code so is there a way around it and does anyone have an online manual for it

You will have to check the online vendors. If you websearch for "Ademco installation manuals" you should get plenty of hits.

DSC system -- missing master code

Hi guys, Sorry to ask this question again, but I looked through all the other threads about master codes and couldn't find anything on DSC. I moved into a condo, and the former owner didn't leave me the master code. I managed to get the code she'd programmed out of her, but no master code. Now I need to reset it (the time, actually), and I have no master code. I'd call the company that was responsible for setting up her security, but I've tried several times to get them out to work on it, and a) they never show and b) every time I talk to one of their people on the phone, I feel like they're the kind of people I need a security system to keep out! I Had Hardwired Smoke Detectors That Kept Going Off In The House I Just Bought. I Finally Turned Off The Breaker Because They Would Not Stop. I Replaced Them With Hard-wired Battery Back-up. I Installed Them And Plugged In The Harness But Did Not Turn On The Breaker For The Power. I Used Lithium 10 Year Batteries, And Within 3 Weeks All The Batteries Have Died.
