Zone Programming problem DSC PC1555
Iam new at alarm systems, and thought, How hard could it be to install a system. I installed a PC1555, complete with door magnets, glass break, and motions. I got it all installed in good shape, but the programming...........
DSC has got to be the most complicated install manual ever design.
I now have my motions chimming, and attempting to arm the system each time it is violated. When programming zone definitions, do you in [001]
enter the zone # first, and then the difinition, or the reverse? Also how do I stop this auto arming attempts on my motion zones? I appreciate any help & thanks

the easiest way if you don't program often is to write down in order what zone type you want for each of the first 8 zones. Then go into programming press 001 then input the numbers you have written down no #'s unless you have less than 8 zones then you would press # after the last zone
