Vista 20P say's Fire Trouble 01

I just installed a System Sensor 2WT-B 2 wire Smoke Detector on zone 01 with zone type 09 and Reponse time 1 and I tried 2 too, and after leaving program mode my key pad beeps and say's Fire Trouble 01. What am I doing wrong. The Smoke Detector led's say's it's working normal green one lights after 5 sec. I have the pos wire connected to high and minus to low with EOLR on it. Only one Smoke Detector on system. What should I do?

For a smoke detector loop, the resistor has to be across the terminals of the last/only smoke in the loop. They are a normally open circuit.

Ok I think I get it. But

Ok, So I connect the EOLR accross the the smoke detector terminal + and - and not the alarm box terminal 9. Is that what I do?

Yes, that is all you need to do.
The smoke detector should have come with a small instruction page that will show you where if there are more than 2 terminals on the smoke.
