I am very new to this but have done alot of wiring (network, Home AC) but am finding it hard to figure out how to wire the Vista 20p sensors. I have the power, Controls, and Sounder hooked up but when I tried the only wired sensor I have (motion detector) it burnt out my transformer. I am purchasing a new transformer and would like to not burn this out again. The manual does not detail what terminals to hook sensor to or even if I need to use any resistors. All other connections are shown in detail (sounder, power, controls). Does anyone have a diagram that they can send me, or a place I can go for info.

it is on the door of the panel. if you have no problem with the programing part,the wiring part is red,black to red black k.p which is 4 &5 and yellow to 8 with a resistor on it, and green to 9.
