Most of us who contribute to these forums are in the US and Canada.
While there are common features in all low voltage devices like security alarms, often the versions and brands sold outside of North America differ radically from the ones we work with, and have access to technical information on, on a regular basis.
Please be clear that you are posting about a non-North American version or brand. We can help you with the basic concepts or electronics details, but sometimes specific step by step information is just not going to be possible.
