FBII XL-31 with 7015 key pad
Can I retrieve the Installer code by disconnecting the battery, then the AC power wait a minute, then reconnect power in the opposite order and then press * + # at the same time on this model FBII XL-31 with 7015 key pad?
Thanks in advance.

Although owned by the same parent company, the FBII line uses a very different programming model.
The default installer code for this model is 4612
SYSTEM DEFAULT (LCD keypad only)
Simultaneously pressing the 1 & 3 keys while in programming mode initiate a system default. The system will then default and go through the reset sequence.
USER CODE DEFAULT (LCD keypads only)
The User codes can be reset to the default state by pressing the 7 & 9 keys on the LCD keypad at the same time, while in programming mode. This will bring the user codes back to the original default settings.
Basically, there's no "back door", resetting codes on these systems requires access to the programming mode.
