What is the difference between "Interior Follower" (04) with "Interior w/Delay" (10)?
I want my motion sensor to trigger if someone opens the front/back door and walks in front of it without disable the alarm first. What zonetype should I set it to?
Also what is the difference between "Fire"(09) and Fire w/Verify(16)?
Thanks,
hdp.

Q0 What is the difference between "Interior Follower" (04) with "Interior w/Delay" (10)?
A) Interior Follower = Will trigger an instant alarm is an antruder gets in your house from an umprotected area (like through a unprotected sky light or basement window)
Interior w/Delay would work if you had no contact on a door and would not signal an alarm untill the delay had timmed out. It gives you time to disarm the alarm.
If the Motion sensor is in the direct line from your Front / Back door to your keypad. The set it as Type 03 Perimeter Burglary.
That will cause an instant alarm if walken in front of before disarming your system.
Now if your Motion snesor is in the path of getting to your keypad I would use Type 04 Interior Follower. That will not trigger an alarm untill the Entry Alarm as passed.
Fire (zone type 09): will trigger an alarm when it set off. • This zone type is always active and cannot be bypassed.
Fire Verification (zone type 16): The control panel will “verify” a fire alarm by resetting the smoke detectors after the first alarm trigger, and then waiting 90 seconds for a second alarm trigger. If the smoke detector or thermostat does not trigger again, the control will disregard the first trigger, and no alarm signal will occur. This feature eliminates false alarms due to electrical or physical transients.
