Hello
All zone on the panel are on (red light)
That happens after changing the battery
1-remove battery and ac supply.
2-put new battery and ac supply
3-fun this problem all light on
Try
1-disconnect battery
2-unplug transfo for ac
3-wait over 60 minutes
4-connect battery
5-connect tranfo
still have light on
Now my system is out of order
Somebody have a idea ????????? TNX

If all of the zone LED's are showing as open, then either your zones are actually open, or you somehow defaulted the system and the programming needs to be put right.

Is this all hardwired, or is there wireless on this system?

It sounds like you already did default the panel. Based on the information provided, I cannot figure out just how. The only way to default this system outside of programming is to short the eeprom reset pins while restoring power.

A simple power down and restart should not have had this effect. In all truth, you did not need to power down the system to change the battery (it's a 12v system).

Try entering *8 3000. If you go into program mode then you somehow defaulted the panel, and will have to recreate your zone settings.
