DSC 832 PC5010 with 2 PC5501Z keypads

The old system was a napco 832 / I removed all motion detectors and completed the circuits/ The sirens I cannot get at so I disconnected them as well and installed a resistor on the bell curcuit/ I tested all with a an ohm meter and everything tested out fine each door when opened broke the circuit/ I thought I could use the old motion detectors but decided against it plus I am not sure yet on how to wire them/ I do have one motion onhand and still have to order another(DSC CE) also have an alarm DSC SD15W-ULF

The basic components should work with the new system. Motions are simple, 4 wire devices. Two wires (usually red/black) supply power, the other two are the actual alarm zone connection (it's just a fancy switch). On most, the connections are pretty clearly marked. For your new motion, _read the instructions_; they are generally pretty clear.
I will warn you: DSC alarm programming seems to confuse or intimidate a lot of people. There is a lot of page flipping involved, so read through the installation manual and the programming sheets _before_ you get stuck.

I have been through the instructions at least ten times and still going/ The way I understand this is the keypads take up zones 1 & 2 ( Global )The next one will be a delayed entry Z 3 the following will be a motion Z4 / Z 5 rear entry /Z6 delayed entry &
Z7 a motion. Am I OK so far?

No, the keypads do not take a zone slot. They have an address. Do _not_ program them as "global", this doesn't mean what you think it means. The correct addresses for the keypads are 11 and 12. (partition 1 keypad 1 & partition 1 keypad 2) The keypads connect to the keypad bus connections.
"The next one will be a delayed entry Z 3 the following will be a motion Z4 / Z 5 rear entry /Z6 delayed entry &
Z7 a motion. Am I OK so far?"
Connect the entry/exit to zone 1, the others on zones 2-5 respectively.

I really appreciate your help and your explanations also help me to understand the system
Assigned the keypads #1 *85150 000 0 11 / #2 *85150 000 0 12 Ended up with beeping sounds when the doors open / Trouble light is on and the alarm light is on when doors are opened or closed / Tried programing function keys and am lost again

Ok, I'm assuming that your installer code got changed to 5150 instead of 5010 (which is the default for this panel). I'm also assuming that you configured the address for each keypad at the particular keypad.
The keypad configuration is correct. Now you have to set the zone types to the right ones for your zone configuration. It sounds like you are working with used hardware that may have zones already programmed for things like 24 hour zones or fire zones.
The correct sequence for the zones as you have described them would be
Go to program
go to section 001
Enter 01 05 03 01 05 00 00 00
(this is assuming that "rear entry" is not intended to be a delay door)
Exit programming and see if that does the trick.

I'm sorry, but your last post was a little on the cryptic side. It sounds like you are somehow setting your zone to one of the 24 hour type zones. This can be kinda hard to catch with second hand information.
You are flailing around a bit. Only change one thing at a time when you are trying to troubleshoot something like this. You keypads didn't have anything do do with the zone configuration issue. The system supervises them, so removing one once it's set into the system generates a system trouble.
If you are saying that you see a 1 when you key in the *2 trouble display, then that's just low/missing battery.
