X10 Transformer and cable

I have the Ademco Vista 20P panel and want to purchase and connect the 1361X10 transformer to it. I've searched everywhere for the transformer but when calling any company I've found on the internet I'm told the cable does not come with it and they don't sell the cable. It doesn't make any sense.

Has anyone installed this that could tell me where they purchased both the transformer and connecting cable? (SA4120XM-1 cable)

That cable normally comes with the Vista panels because it's used for many of the panel's output functions as well as for the x-10 interface. Your best bet is to find a local Ademco installer, and simply ask. Most people the install these panels usually have a couple in a junk box, because we stick them in our tool bag at the completion of the install and forget they are there until the toolbag gets cleaned out.
