Okay so I just purchased my house, new home. It came with a caddx nx6 alarm and no power supply so i went out and bought a power supply. I only have 1 keypad which is a networx 1500e led style keypad. So the default code is 1234, and i go to change it and i don't know if i erased it or what happened because i tried changing it, and when i go to try and arm it or disarm it nothing. Also the instruction manual is all wrong because it says to change the codes by using the up and down arrows but my keypad doesnt have any. So when I tried to manually put in the code I dont know if that is where it got screwed up. please help. I did a search and saw that the installer/programmer code is *8 9713 and that does still work, is there any way I can reset it, also please help with the instructions on how to program it if i can get it reset. My daughter just bought a home that has Overhead Door garage door openers. Someone added a Liftmaster Wireless Keypad on the outside doorframe and we want to change the codes. I downloaded instructions for each brand but they assume you are using the same brand keypad and opener. Old owner left no manuals. Can anyone help PLEASE? Thanks, Mike
