Concord 4 - How to delete old keypad from system
Hello All:
I got my ATP1000 keypad and have access to the panel
finally
. After removing my existing FTP1000 keypad and
putting in the new one in its place, the panel is beeping and
displaying a bus error. It's complaining about unit 0 which was
the old keypad. New keypad shows up as unit 2. How do I
remove unit 0 from the system memory so that it stops
the infernal beeping ? I've searched this forum and read the
Concord 4 install manual but other than saying that a
temporarily installed pad needs to be removed, they don't
specify how to do it. Many thanks for all the help.

Well, answered my own question. I looked at the install
manual online and on page 56 of the manual it shows at the
bottom of the page how to delete an existing unit or
how to change the id code of an existing unit. To delete,
go into systems prog -> acc. modules -> bus devices ->
unit id and press 'D'.
