Motion sensor lighting
I would like to install one outside light and have it activated by two outdoor motion sensors acting as a three way switch system. Are there such switches? How are they wired?

Two standard single-pole sensors will work if you wire them in parallel (hot to hot, load to load and light, neutral directly to the light).
Typical 3-way switches control the light from either location. You can turn the light on or off from either switch.
Your motion sensors don't need to work that way. All they need to do is turn the light on from either location, and the one that's active will reset after the time limit. If the other one activates while the first is on, the first will shut off and the light will remain on until the second one resets.
