ADT Focus 75, keypad failing

Hi, we are a small non profit museum with a Focus 75 ADT system installed in 1996. The keypad is failing and ADT says we have to replace our whole system which will cost a bunch of money we don't have--because it's an old system. We thought maybe we could find a used keypad, but it's difficult to tell what is what...This keypad is marked "Focus Addressable Alpha Console 472406" Does anyone know how to determine what model it is to look for a used one? Thanks, Kathy

The Focus 75 was a propriatory panel made for ADT. If they are no longer supporting it, your only practical choice other than finding one on a auction site is to upgrade to a modern system.

The part number you have is probably the part number.

Just search referencing the Focus 75 system.

thank you

The ADT technician was just here and able to swap out the old keypad with a 6160v. She wasn't sure it would work, but it did! Moral of the story: talk to the technician BEFORE the sales dept.!!

That was a stroke of luck. Often the ADT modified versions of systems are not compatible with the standard systems they were derived from.

I'm glad it all worked out.
