(Rokonet)WISDOM Wireless Alarm
Hi.
I've bought an Wireless ALARM By Rokonet - WISDOM ( http://www.riscogroup.com/Products.a...atid=143&id=45 ).
By mistake, i've also bought extra 4 PIR WIRED Motion Detectores ( http://www.riscogroup.com/Products.aspx?proid=65 ), but as i Said, wired
I know that the WISDOM Central acepts 32 Wireless Zones, and 1 Wired zone, but can i "plug/wire" this 4 wired PIR'S to this Wired Zone ? If so, should i use one Serial Installation or an Paralell installation ?
I've read some articles, and i think it should be SERIAL, but i really don't know if it's possible to plug this 4 PIR'S to the wired ZONE. The manual only say's that this wired Zona cannot be used to connecto Fire detectores ... !!! No more Info about it.
Any help ?

As long as the system can supply 12vdc to power the motions, as well as accepting the zone input, you can wire them in.
Security loops are normally wired in series. The main problem with hooking multiple motions to a single zone is that when (not if) you get a false trip on one of the motions, you have no way to tell which one is the troublemaker.

I will try.
I'm dealing with a new problem. I've programed my system to delay entry/exit in 45s.
When i make the exit, there is no problem, the system arms after the 45s and all seems to work fine.
When i try to entry, the system BEEP'S for 45s but it does not show the 45s countdown, and does not accept the un-arm code. It triggers the alarm, the buzzer start's screaming, the ROKONET CENTRAL start's talking : ... alarma bla bla bla ... !!! And then i put the CODE and all just SHUT UP !!!
What is missing ??
