I'm not sure what your budget is and the specific application.
I've been using Astak cameras and I'm quite satisfied with
their performance for the price point. Their 906-series comes
in a wired/wireless version (cost ~$130 at walmart.com) and
has ~27 IR LEDs for night-vision. It gives a pretty decent
picture as far out as ~30 feet at night.

They also have another series 81x (~$59 at Walmart) that
has fewer IR LEDs (~12, IIRC) and these will only pick up
objects closer to the camera (~12 feet, or, so). One thing
I wished was that they had a greater angle of vision
(62-deg is kinda narrow). Also, I wasn't too satisfied with
the wireless performance. It runs on 2.4GHz and I have
phones/routers at home that interfere with this, so, I've
never been able to get a good picture with the wireless
offerings. I am using the wired cameras.

Security Camera

I am trying to look for Astak 906 wired camera but cannot find it any suggestion. Presently I am using 818 W but I am not satisfied with the night vision result therefore I want to try 906. Any suggestion will be appreciated. Than ks.

Try CNB. They have a hgh resolution image, as well as IR or non-IR versions. They are the best bang for your buck in my opinion.
